Terry Paranych began his investment career in 1986, six days shy of his 21st birthday. By specializing in small investment properties (i.e., duplexes, fourplexes and 6–12-unit apartment buildings) over the next 30 years, Terry’s real estate investment portfolio now includes well over 100 cash-flow positive properties – all of which are now free and clear.
